During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris ACT is a center of excellence within Amaris, specializing in HR solutions, including implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), and migration projects. We are proud partners of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM. We are currently looking for experienced HRIS Functional Consultants to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal talent will be responsible for the functional implementation and support of HRIS modules across SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday, contributing to high-impact digital HR transformation projects for our global clients.
Your missions
As an HRIS Functional Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering digital HR transformation projects:
Configure and implement HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent, Time, Performance, Compensation, Learning)
Analyze client HR business processes and translate them into functional specifications
Collaborate with integration and data migration teams for end-to-end delivery
Provide post-go-live Application Management Services (AMS) and support
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, maintaining detailed documentation
Gather requirements for change requests or new projects
Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Participate in testing, go-live readiness, and user training
Support HRIS upgrades and new module rollouts
Contribute to user adoption and change management initiatives
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or MBA in HR
Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS functional implementation (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday)
Solid understanding of HR business processes and workflows
Experience in configuring at least one functional HRIS module
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with application support, issue tracking, and project coordination
Prior experience in consulting or a client-facing role is a strong plus
Certification in any HRIS platform is an advantage
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
