Job Summary:
The role of the HSE VN manager is to support the sales managers in Vietnam to achieve the HSEE targets including 0 accident, 0 injury, 0 occupational disease and 0 pollutions to ensure the compliance of the services on customer sites in terms of HSEE. His or her mission is to prevent accidents, ensure the compliance of the operations, protect the environment, promote health and continuous improvement.
He/She will play a key role in:
Responsibilities:
1) Health & Safety:
- Make the short/medium/long term plan to cascade the global and regional strategy on the HSE in customer sites in VN.
- Implementation of global guidelines, proposed solutions, and annual priority programs in accordance with national laws of VN and Global H&S guidelines
- Survey of H&S demand of the local team on customer sites.
- Draft of H&S regulations & SOP documents and monitor the effectiveness of the implementation
- Act as an interface to regional HSEE team.
- Establish the HSEE audit system to identify hazardous situations
- Organize the activities on occupational disease management
- Quarantine the effectiveness of the safety management system including the reporting, investigation, root cause analysis
- Organize the contractor safety management to make sure about their adherence of the RHIM safety regulations
- Make sure about the effectiveness of the emergency management system in customer sites
- Organize the appropriate training program to improve the knowledge and HSEE awareness of the employees and improve the company safety culture.
2. HSEE & IMS/ISO Management System:
- Implementation of HSEE management systems in accordance with the four ISO standards
- Guarantee of the monthly H&S reports (software for accident statistics) include cause analysis of the accident & near accident
- Support of the local teams on the risk evaluation of the workplaces
- EHS Knowledge transfer between the teams among the service sites
- Reduction of work accidents
3. Other tasks assigned by the manager depend on the resources and the workload
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Being a Certified Safety Engineer is a plus
2. Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in EHS within manufacturing industry
- Management experience with good leadership
3. Language:
- Good written, fluent oral English
4. Skills:
- Good skills of MS Office applications e.g. Excel, PPT
- Experience of HSEE management systems is a plus
- Project Management skills
- Good communication skills to promote the company safety culture

6. Travel

Pay: 38,000,000₫ - 42,000,000₫ per month
