Hvac & Accommodation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Design and Support:

• Prepare engineering drawings, design, and perform design analysis.
• Verify designs and drawings for compliance with standards, specifications, and Class rules.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams as necessary.

2. Documentation Management:

• Manage drawings, record, provide feedback on, and follow up on all relevant production documentation as assigned.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the internal QA process, material take-offs, and weight attributes.

4. Standards Compliance:

• Comply with national laws, regulations, and international standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001/OSHAS18001, SA8000, or any updated and valid standards on management systems, as well as Company regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, HVAC (Thermoelectric cooling major), Marine or Mechanical engineer.

Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in HVAC & Accommodation.
• Experience in shipyards or heavy industries (e.g., power plants, refineries).
• Experience in cost-oriented design.
• Experience in production support-oriented design (considering the workability of the design).

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Strong team mindset, teamwork skills, and understanding of standardization activities.
