Job Description:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and analyzing the unique business requirements of our clients in Vietnam. Your primary responsibility will be to implement SunFish products in a way that aligns with these needs, ensuring the solutions contribute to improved business processes and outcomes for our customers.
You will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver the specific features and benefits our customers require from SunFish products and services. Your role will be integral in ensuring the seamless deployment of our solutions and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful achievement of project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to fully understand their business needs and challenges;
Implement and configure SunFish products to meet client specifications and requirements;
Work closely with Project Managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope;
Provide expert guidance to customers on how SunFish products can improve their business processes;
Ensure that the features and functionalities of the product align with customer expectations and business goals;
Conduct training and provide post-implementation support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of the solutions;
Monitor and evaluate the success of the implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement;
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in system implementation, preferably in HR or payroll systems;
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong ability to understand and address client needs;
Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the context of software solutions;
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels;
Familiarity with HRIS products and services is a plus;
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing client needs;
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
