Import & Export Senior Executive (Contractor)

Contract duration: 6-month

Key Responsibilities:

1.1. PR/PO & Contract Management

• Create and follow up PR/PO for all import/export-related costs (Customs, Ocean Freight).
• Regularly update pricing of FG and SSN to ensure accuracy in SAP.
• Work with Procurement to finalize contracts for Customs, Freight, and FG purchasing.
• Ensure contracts are aligned with commercial terms, compliance, and payment cycles.

1.2. Import operations

a. FG & SSN Imports

• Manage the full import cycle—from production plan follow-up to final delivery.
• Book shipments (FOB), validate all shipping documents (Invoice, CO, Phyto, etc.), and ensure food safety docs as needed.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and align delivery plans with warehouse and planning teams.
• Book transport from port to plant, update landed cost in SAP and track all documents for supplier payment.
• Control and report monthly costs (Customs, Freight, Storage), ensuring savings and accurate vendor payments.

b. Potato imports

• Coordinate with the Agro team on inbound schedules and import requirements.
• Ensure documentation, customs clearance, and timely delivery to plant.
• Monitor costs, handle payments, and manage storage and freight efficiency.

c. Equipment, Spare Parts & Project imports

• Manage end-to-end import of machinery and equipment for current plants and the new NGF plant and Ha Nam DC
• Coordinate with Project teams (VN & Thailand), E&M, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely customs clearance, delivery, and cost control for all critical shipments.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within the FMCG or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of Export & Import regulations, customs procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP
• Ability to solve the problem, work under high pressure
• Fluent in English for effective internal and external communication.
