REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Foreign Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Having experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing job
- Fluent in ENGLISH and CHINESE
- Willing to work at a START UP
- Having experience in IT industry or FMCG industry is plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners within and outside the organization to reconcile data.
- Able to work under pressure of short daily deadlines
- Personality: honest, trustworthy, respectful, sensitivity, flexible, integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Manage Supply and Procurement:
- Responsible for checking and conducting the approved purchasing request
- Seeking for vendors, Evaluating vendors and suggesting solutions for improving supplied sources
- Responsible for following up PO until completed delivery and proceed payment for vendor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers, ensuring stable and compliant supply sources.
- Manage supplier evaluation, selection, and performance review processes.
- Ready back up for other staffs and make working result to Manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
- Other tasks to be assigned by manager.
