Functional objectives
- Development of aluminum die-casting parameter, mechanical processing for new and relocation projects
- Optimizing existing process and parameter setting to maintain a stable production
- Ensure to reach the QCDH targets by controlling the defined KPIs through shop floor management.
Is responsible for
- Maintaining & improving existing Aluminum Die-casting & Mechanical processing process in serial products
- Solve daily issues with cross-function team
- SAP master data creation and updates. E.g, BOM, Routing, Work Centers.
- Planning for necessary assembly fixtures/tooling for new projects
- Co-operate with R&D engineers to develop production process for new projects
- Participate in PFMEA creation for new projects
- Making and verifying ISIR for new and relocation projects with R&D and Quality team
- Creation and implementaion of standard production documents like work instructions.
- Push lean manufacturing, improve the line balance, optimize material flow and production process according to HARlis principle, increase production output and make cost down.
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Manager
Education and professional knowledge
- University degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant industry, prefer in aluminum die-casting company
- Experienced in developing, improving process of Aluminum die-casting & Mechanical processing
- Experienced in at PFMEA, Poka Yoke, One-piece Flow, cycle time measurement, ECR, 4M change
- Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in SAP.
- Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
