PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:- Work closely with the Sourcing Operations team to drive operational activities/projects at the designated manufacturing sites.
- Work closely with the Sourcing Operations team to determine improvements in manufacturing processes, quality, efficiency, safety, etc.
- Data analysis: collect and analyze, and build reporting tools or dashboards related to production, quality, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) management programs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Quality Control: participating in quality-related projects from development to production stages, identifying defects, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Lean Manufacturing: assisting with lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Educational background: Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Systems & Database Engineering, or related fields
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
- IT skills: Microsoft Office and having basic knowledge to use Power BI is a plus
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as a part of a team and collaborate with others in a diversified and multi-cultural environment
- Creative, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ownership: ability to work with minimal supervision
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Last year universities' students, fresh graduates, or have completed a minimum degree program.
- Learning agility: willing to learn, open to feedback, new ideas & explore options at work
- Availability: at least 6 months of availability to work from 9-5 from Monday to Friday
- Willingness (and ability) to travel to factory locations (which will be located outside HCMC)
