(Mức lương: 12 - 20 triệu VNĐ)- Search and approach international customers via B2B platforms, trade fairs, exhibitions, business networks, etc.
- Prepare quotations, send samples, follow up on orders, contracts, and provide customer care before and after sales.
- Negotiate, sign contracts, and coordinate with the factory to monitor production and delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Report sales results and market updates to manager.
- Participate in training sessions, exhibitions, and sales activities.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University degree in Business, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields.
- Knowledge of plastic products for the agricultural industry or engineering plastics is an advantage. Experience working in sales is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion skills, and good sales skills.
- Willing to visit customer factories when needed.
- Experience with international clients is a plus (training will be provided for new candidates).
