IT Engineer

Mô tả công việc:

• Install, configure & upgrade server operating systems & virtualization (Windows Server, Vmware: Vsphere, Esxi).
• Manage services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Manage storage systems SAN, NAS.
• Manage backup/restore operations Veeam.
• Administer email/cloud systems Microsoft 365 (Email, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams...), Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Manage IP Phone (VoIP) systems 3CX or similar.
• Manage other IT systems: Camera, Log system, Printer/Photocopier.
• Configure and maintain network devices Router, Switch, Firewall, WLan (Cisco, Sophos).
• Monitor bandwidth, optimize LAN/WAN performance, using tool monitor such as Zabbix, PRTG or Solarwind.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues using VPN, VLAN, WIFI.
• Manage Wi-Fi systems.
• Install and manage security tools such as Firewall, Endpoint security.
• Implement or manage security/compliance policies ISO-27001, TISAX.
• Perform penetration testing.
• Prevent cyberattacks DDoS, malware, phishing.

• College’s degree or higher in Information Technology Engineering.
• Knowing well of .NET, MS SQL Server, and security systems.
• CCNA, MCSE, CEH, VMWare Certificate.
• Knowledge SAP, MES.
• Good communication.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and self-access learning.
• Good documentation skills.
