Responsibilities and Duties
· Solving IT support requests directly from employees.
· Troubleshooting system and network issues.
· Maintaining the PCs (hardware, software).
· Diagnosing and repairing faults.
· Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
· Managing client accounts and setting up integration links.
· Conducting Daily / Monthly / Yearly traffic reports.
· Setting up accounts for new users.
Qualifications
Must have:
· Have at least 1 year of experience with this position.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
· Maintain inventory of all company owned IT equipment, assets, and licenses. Renew, refresh, or recycle per schedule or as necessary.
· Provision and disable user accounts, reset, and update passwords, modify group memberships, and manage Office 365 & windows server.
· Ability to work independently, as well as, in the team.
