Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with extensive hands-on expertise in networking, server management, virtualization, and security. At least 6 years of managerial experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- A strong technological mindset, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
- Lead the IT infrastructure team in managing infrastructure systems, development, implementation, and optimization to ensure operational stability and efficiency.
- Design and implement robust networking and system solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks, as well as virtualization, disaster recovery, and security measures to support the company’s operations and growth.
- Enforce the implementation and maintenance of security control measures in compliance with established security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in networking, systems, and IT infrastructure management, recommending adoption where appropriate.
- Oversee all aspects of the IT and telecommunication infrastructure, collaborating with a team of supporting staff in the PRC.
