Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
ABOUT THE JOB
Develop and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design, implement and maintain secure APIs for third-party integration.
Work on security features including Spring Security, JWT authentication, and HTTPS configurations.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and static code analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and business analysts.
Support deployment and troubleshooting in cloud or hybrid environments.
Optimize performance and scalability of enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with banking and security standards during development.
Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development, including expertise in Spring Boot or Spring MVC.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with secure communication protocols such as HTTPS/TLS.
Hands-on experience with Oracle database is big plus (SQL and PL/SQL are also preferred).
Experience with third-party API integration is a plus.
Understanding of authentication, authorization mechanisms and token-based security.
You are proactive, structured, and passionate about delivering high-quality software in secure and regulated environments.
