- Design modern UI and intuitive UX for B2B products
- Partner with Product to define user flows and processes
- Translate complex workflows into clear, user-centred solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to the style guide/design system and ensure consistency
- Prepare light user research, analyse feedback, and iterate
- Challenge and refine requirements; collaborate closely with Product & Engineering
- Have 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Designer
- Demonstrate proficiency in UX deliverables including but not limited to Personas, User Journey Maps, User Flows & Task Flows, Usability Testing
- Good understanding of UI principles (layout, typography, components)
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Proficiency with Figma
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and with minimal supervision
- An excellent portfolio/case studies showcasing relevant UX work
- You feel comfortable communicating in the English language
- Product ownership: writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog/UAT
- No-code/Low-code: e.g., Webflow/Bubble/Retool/Appsmith, or automations (Zapier/Make)
- Frontend coding experience: HTML/CSS (JS/React library is a plus)
