As a Core Hospital - Key Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between GSK and our top 20% accounts. In this role, you'll not only help elevate GSK’s reputation but also create valuable partnerships that provide market access, improve inventory management, and support healthcare professionals (HCPs) in delivering quality patient care.


Location
: HCM & South.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate a strong partnership between GSK and key accounts, becoming the primary point of contact to support HCP needs and drive product access.
  • Account Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement account plans that ensure market access and supply continuity while anticipating and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Resolve HCP issues and complaints promptly, ensuring consistent and open communication between accounts and internal teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams in field force, marketing, logistics, and other departments to align on strategies and deliver the highest quality of materials and services to meet account needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders, supporting the development of strategic business and tactical plans.
  • Drive Business Objectives: Execute account-based activities aligned with broader business goals, maximizing profit and product availability across your territory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Field Force position, with deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all field force levels.
    • Pressure Management: Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines.
    • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding business targets.
    • Creative Problem Solving: Innovative thinker with strong facilitation skills and a talent for resolving complex issues.
    • Planning and Execution: Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to account management.
