Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Amanoi. The role of a Financial Controller is critical in overseeing the financial operations of a company, ensuring that all financial activities are compliant with regulations, accurate, and aligned with the business’s overall goals. A Financial Controller typically reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Accounting Records.
- Compilation of Financial Statement and Reports.
- Planning and Budgetary Control.
- Safeguarding Assets of the Hotel.
- Effective Control of costs for achieving desired quality and standard of hotel operation.
- Tax and Secretarial Functions.
- Approves all disbursement vouchers submitted to the General Manager for payment.
- Ascertains that all taxes, contributions license are paid when due.
- Ascertains that interest and amortization of debts are paid when due.
- Assists the General Manager in Preparing Monthly and Yearly Forecasts and Budgets.
- Recommends to the General manager and Head Office Improvements in accounting procedures and internal control.
- Continuously Reviews the Utilization of Hotel Funds to Improve Liquidity and Minimize Indebtedness.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial analysis.
- Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Opera, ect…).
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analytics and financial modeling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
