About the role
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own and drive the design vision for Ronin, including its wallet, bridge, staking interface, validator dashboard, and other related user-facing and developer tools.
This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of user experience, decentralized infrastructure, and Web3 usability. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, growth, and community teams to design intuitive and impactful experiences that help scale the Ronin ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end product design process for Ronin, from research and ideation to prototyping, visual design, and delivery.
Design thoughtful and scalable systems across complex Web3 user journeys (wallets, bridging, staking, validation, and more).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product strategy and roadmap.
Advocate for user needs, backed by research, data, and industry insights.
Lead design critiques and mentor junior designers working on Ronin or related products.
Maintain a high standard of craft while balancing speed, constraints, and ambiguity.
What We Look For
8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior role.
Proven track record of designing user-centric products, ideally in fintech, crypto, developer tools, or infrastructure platforms.
Strong understanding of interaction design, UX principles, and information architecture.
Ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple, elegant UI/UX.
Experience with design systems, prototyping tools (Figma preferred), and collaborative workflows.
Familiarity with Web3 or deep curiosity to dive into blockchain technology.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, you're comfortable driving alignment across teams.
