What Will You Do?

This role is responsible for leading sales and proposal activities for fan retrofit solutions across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth and deliver tailored retrofit solutions that meet customer needs across the region.

Lead Proposal Activities for Fan Retrofits, Including Electrical & Control Engineering Tasks

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your physical work location will be in Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

Your Experience Should Be…

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service of technical products, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Proven experience in designing and building control panels.
Strong troubleshooting skills in control systems.
Experience in industrial equipment retrofits is preferred.
Familiarity with fan performance testing is a plus.
Proven business development and operational execution skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.
