The Legal Intern will assist the legal team in daily tasks including legal research, document drafting, translation, and administrative support. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the legal advisory profession, particularly in areas such as banking, financial, and insurance, aviation, corporate law, M&A, investment, labor and employment.

Legal Research & Analysis

• Assist in conducting legal research on banking, financial, and insurance; aviation corporate; investment; labor, and other related legal matters.
• Summarize and present findings in a structured format.
• Support in analyzing legal documents and case files under guidance.

Drafting Support

• Assist in drafting basic legal documents, such as contracts, internal regulations, corporate forms, application dossiers, and other legal instruments.
• Prepare supporting documents for licensing, incorporation, and litigation purposes.

Translation

• Translate legal and business documents between Vietnamese and English as required.

Client & Team Support

• Assist in preparing legal opinions and advisory content for clients under supervision.
• Support the legal team in performing other duties as assigned.

Administrative Tasks

• Help organize, manage, and update legal databases, templates, and client records.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks when necessary.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Final-year student in Law university.
• Good legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken); legal translation skills are a plus.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
