(Mức lương: 3 - 4 triệu VNĐ)- Draft internal legal papers such as memos, resolutions, meeting minutes, and official letters….
- Review and draft various commercial contracts and legal agreements under supervision.
- Assist in preparing documents for company changes, including new company setup, capital increase, business line updates, and shareholder changes.
- Conduct basic legal research and provide administrative support, including organizing files and tracking regulatory updates.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Must be able to work full time, Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm)
- Internship allowance: VND 4,000,000/month.
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency)
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of contract and corporate law is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
