ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Manual Tester (Middle/Senior) to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying software defects, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Perform different types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and exploration testing on web, mobile, and API systems.
Execute manual test cases, document test results, and report issues and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Track and manage defects through their lifecycle using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution and re-validation of fixes.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to validate compatibility and user experience.
Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and user manuals.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 4.5 years of experience in a manual software testing/QC role, preferably in web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Solid understanding of software testing processes, techniques, and methodologies (e.g., Black Box, White Box testing).
Experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman is a plus.
Basic SQL skills for data verification and validation is a plus.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine).
Knowledge or experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Effective communicator and a good team player.
