Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for providing overarching technical/scientific expertise and leadership for manufacturing process and commercialization activities of products in Dong Nai site. The role supports process improvements of existing products through laboratory, pilot and/or production initiatives in line with site business goals.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
Site to Site transfer
- Develop and refine the StS transfer strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create detailed transfer roadmaps, setting clear goals and milestones for completion.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the transfer process.
- Execute transfer tasks and drive for completion.
- Understand the purpose and science of the product and process.
- Study, create and maintain technical product documents, focusing on Critical Quality Attributes, Critical Process Parameters and Control Strategy.
- Process performance qualification to demonstrate and maintain them in a state of control.
Technical review
- Perform technical review and impact assessment of deviations and changes.
- Execute necessary trials to support product and process changes.
Project management
- Define project goal, timeline and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Work with project team to execute project tasks to meet the goal and due date.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Professional Competencies Required
- Good communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong attention to details
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, statistical tools and software.
Desired Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, veterinary or animal husbandry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant manufacturing, quality or technical positions in pharmaceutical, animal health, or animal nutrition manufacturing companies.
