I. MAJOR FUNCTION
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in ideating, producing creative content, and effectively managing the company’s main social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). The goal is to enhance brand awareness, engage with the community, and contribute to overall marketing campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation and Development:
- Assist in content production: edit diverse content for social media channels and design simple visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends on social platforms and apply them to campaigns.
- Support in scheduling and publishing posts on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok based on the approved plan.
- Monitor and engage with user comments and messages across platforms.
- Help build and grow the follower community on social channels.
- Assist in collecting data and measuring performance of posts and campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to analyze data and suggest ways to improve content and channel performance.
- Support other marketing tasks as assigned by the manager.
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4th-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Passionate about and oriented towards a career in digital marketing, especially Content Creation and Social Media.
- Familiar with and regularly updated on trends across Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok platforms.
- Good writing skills, visual/video thinking ability, and basic aesthetic sense.
- Preferably has experience in creating personal content on social platforms (having a channel/portfolio is a plus).
- Basic skills in image editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) or video editing (such as CapCut, InShot, etc.) are a plus.
- Proactive, eager to learn, highly responsible, and a good team player.
