I. MAJOR FUNCTION
The Marketing Intern will support the Digital Marketing team in executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and TikTok platforms. The goal is to help expand customer reach, improve ad cost efficiency, and contribute to overall business objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in digital advertising and data analytics.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in Ad Execution and Optimization:
- Assist in setting up and configuring ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads under guidance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Help implement minor optimizations such as bid adjustments, budget reallocations, and audience targeting.
- Conduct basic keyword and audience research for upcoming campaigns.
- Collect and consolidate campaign data from ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports based on defined KPIs.
- Participate in analyzing data to identify trends, strengths/weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
- Research and stay updated on digital ad trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Monitor competitors’ advertising activities on digital channels.
- Support other marketing activities as assigned by the manager.
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4th-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Passionate about and oriented towards a career in Digital Marketing, especially Performance Marketing and Data Analytics.
- Basic understanding or foundational knowledge of advertising on Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong logical thinking and interest in working with data and charts.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and good problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, responsible, and a good team player.
- Familiar with basic office tools (Excel, PowerPoint/Google Sheets, Slides).
- Basic English skills are a plus.
