- Develop and execute the brand positioning strategy for Linh Nga Couture in alignment with international Haute Couture standards.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels (both online and offline).
2. Marketing Online
- Lead and manage global digital marketing campaigns on high-end platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.
- Oversee and optimize online advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital initiatives to maximize brand impact.
- Analyze performance data, measure branding effectiveness, and propose continuous improvements.
3. Marketing Offline & Event Management
- Plan and execute premium international events (Trunk Shows, Fashion Weeks, Private Events…) to elevate brand visibility and exclusivity.
- Collaborate with top-tier partners and global KOLs to amplify brand presence and prestige.
4. Brand Communication Management
- Supervise all brand-related content and communication, ensuring alignment with Linh Nga Couture’s image of luxury, elegance, and sophistication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with elite media and press, both domestic and international.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to the executive leadership team.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior marketing or brand management role within the international luxury sector
- Proven expertise in both online and offline branding with a deep understanding of luxury marketing principles; demonstrated success in executing global-scale campaigns
- Fluency in english is a top priority; proficiency in chinese is a strong advantage
- Strong soft skills including excellent communication, inspirational leadership, and effective teamwork
- Creative thinking, refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to work under high pressure
- A broad network of high-end industry contacts, including international KOLs, media professionals, and luxury brand partners, is a significant plus
