As Finest Future enters an exciting growth phase, we are seeking an experienced, versatile, and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy while actively executing campaigns and digital initiatives. This is a hybrid role that combines leadership with hands-on responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys strategy but isn’t afraid to dive into execution.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and the Company's mission and vision which can be changed from time to time due to the market changes.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
Critically analyse marketing projects and reports and give the roundly insightful company’s marketing performance monthly, quarterly to the Head S&M together with recommendation, proposal, and strategic plannings for the next terms.
Report on marketing KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Build and lead small marketing teams, mentoring and managing external partners (agencies, freelancers).
Brand & Content Management
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Oversee the creation of engaging content: blogs, case studies, videos, social media posts, newsletters.
Manage marketing collateral for sales support, events, and digital campaigns.
Digital Marketing Execution
Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Manage SEO and SEM to optimize website traffic and search visibility.
Execute email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and marketing automation workflows.
Track and report on digital campaign performance, analyzing conversion data to optimize future campaigns.
Social Media & Community Management
Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Manage content calendars and publish across relevant platforms.
Monitor social conversations, respond to queries, and grow our online community.
Analytics & Market Research
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics for management.
Event & Partnership Marketing
Support online and offline events (webinars, fairs, activations) by creating promotional plans.
Collaborate with franchise and agency partners to co-create marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
5-8 years of marketing experience with a mix of strategic and hands-on execution roles with at least 3 years in a manager position.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
Marketing project management.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
