Job location: Remote, HCMC or Hanoi
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding local Vietnamese policies, conducting market research and comprehensive analysis, formulating countermeasures and recommendations, and developing effective and feasible marketing strategies and product promotion plans.
Candidates with access to hematology specialists (leukemia, thalassemia, etc.), hospital resources, or participation in international hematology conferences are preferred.
Candidates with oncology resources are preferred.
Lead the company's marketing plans and achieve performance targets in the assigned region.
Be knowledgeable about the company's products and accurately introduce and promote them to customers.
Provide recommendations for post-market research and new product development.
Liaise with academic societies and experts, gathering information, and building and developing a network of experts in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to promptly adjust strategies to adapt to the ever-changing market.
Coordinate the planning, production, and distribution of various marketing tools, including academic product materials and promotional materials.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in a pharmaceutical-related major;
Experience working in a pharmaceutical company, with knowledge of modern marketing theory and practical experience;
Familiarity with domestic and international pharmaceutical markets, as well as the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market;
Ability to collect and analyze information from market peers, provide information sources and references, and possess keen insight into market trends and consumer needs;
Strong teamwork, the ability to coordinate relationships and integrate local resources;
Ability to adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment and possess strong stress tolerance.
