This hybrid role blends strategic media planning with hands-on campaign execution. Youll be responsible for developing media strategies based on data and insights while also ensuring flawless implementation across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING:
Lead the development of media strategies aligned with client goals, brand objectives, and consumer insights
Translate strategic plans into executable media campaigns across digital channels
Conduct channel analysis, audience targeting, and competitive benchmarking
Monitor campaign performance and provide mid-flight optimization suggestions
Deliver presentations, post-campaign reports, and performance insights to clients
Plan and implement PR strategies (based on projects request)
EXECUTION:
Responsible for the execution of social advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns
Identify trends and insight and optimize spend and performance based on insights
Plan, execute and measure experiment and conversion tests
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience/ behavior
Collaborate with internal teams on assigned projects
Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
Track KPIs, update reports, and suggest actionable insights based on campaign results
Keep records of spend, performance benchmarks, and creative/ad placements
Stay current with trends and updates in digital and traditional media ecosystems
Directly report to Media Manager
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing/social outreach
Understanding of digital media platforms influencer market
Well-management and negotiation skills, solution-oriented mind-set
Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
Be social-savvy on all platforms
Leadership skill is a big plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Good Excel and data handling skills; familiar with dashboards or reporting tools
Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge and experience in marketing strategies, advertising and media
Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts
Good presentation skills and data analysis
Willing to work on weekends if necessary
