About the Job
As a Medical Representative at Sanofi Vaccines, you will be at the forefront of public health—connecting healthcare professionals with vital immunization solutions. Your mission is to make our vaccine portfolio accessible, trusted, and impactful by building strong partnerships and driving scientific engagement. This role is critical in raising vaccine awareness and coverage in your assigned territory across Bình Định, Phú Yên, or Đắk Lắk.

Main Responsibilities
- Promote Sanofi's vaccines to healthcare professionals through in-person visits and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare centers.
- Achieve territory business objectives by increasing vaccination coverage and product adoption.
- Ensure consistent product accessibility and effective vaccine allocation.
- Monitor market trends and local healthcare needs to optimize territory plans and maximize results.
- Stay updated on immunization guidelines, scientific developments, and disease prevention best practices.
- Comply with all Sanofi policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions.
About You
- Educational background in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related health sciences.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Digitally fluent, agile, and driven by results.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; basic working knowledge of English.
