Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

• Design system architecture and lead the software development team.
• Develop backend applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Develop mobile applications using React Native.
• Design, build, and operate Microservice-based systems.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor team members to enhance productivity and skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mid to Senior level experience as a SA & DEV Lead or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot, React Native, and Microservices architecture.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Responsible, with strong problem-solving and system thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Own a personal laptop for work.
