Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: 16 - 20 triệu VNĐ)- Arrange shipments under manager’s assignment, coordinate with overseas sales/sales department to handle.
- Follow air & sea export and import shipment, contact to carriers/coloaders/airlinesto get booking confirmation, send booking confirmation to related parties.
- Submit docs to carriers/coloaders on time. Issue BL/AWB/Debit/Credit Note in system.Take care correct document for each sea and air shipments.
- Input data to system, keep track of shipping plan with overseas agents/foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and related documents to complete shipments smoothly.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- Follow up all current contracts precisely, systematically and specifically. Then report to direct managers all relevant information accordingly.
- Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic and international suppliers via email, phone, and other tools via smartphone.
- Support overseas sales for pricing, handle other tasks assigned by Team leader (if any).

Female, under 30 years old, can speak English (Chinese is preferred)
MIN 2 years of experience in Customer Service/OP staff (especially both sea and air export and import) in Freight Forwarding Industry, able to solve trouble and proactive at work. - Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Experience to work and handle shipments of overseas agents will be preferred.
- Sales-mind oriented.
