NI Equipment Engineer
Your main responsibilities
KEY AREA

TASKS
Customers / Internal customers
“Preferred NI supplier in the region”.
- Support Projects team installation resources to fulfilment project safely and quality
- Involve in site meeting in supporting project team for those key projects as preparation for customers work plan
Quality
“ensure that all tools are always in excellent condition and knowledgeable end user “
- Support Projects team by providing best quality equipment with best user knowledge
- Ensure all inspection / measuring / maintenance / test equipment used including suppliers and sub-contractors are properly calibrated.
- Ensure training execution with T/C to train and certified end user for major tool and equipment usage as per company policy (ie False car…)
- Support to technical solution if any problem
- Continuing research new tool and contribute to installation efficiency and installation method
Personnel

- Build & maintain an effective workforce for company.
- Manage industrial relations & the employee union.
- Manage performance of team personnel by Conduct & follow up regular performance & development reviews & assessments.
- Conduct team meetings and trainings.
- Forecast and plan all labor requirements, leave, etc.
Capacity planning
“Excellent capacity planning”
- Conduct meeting with stakeholder to do capacity planning of project demand
- Planning capacity to ensure sufficient fulfillment equipment to supply projects demand with “Just in time” concept
- Scheduling tools specification check, procurement, logistics, maintenance, test inspection and certification, and scraping as per company policy
Process
“Best practice, lea and 100% conformance”
- Whole leadership, improve and implement Schindler VN Installation method and process
- Design and implement a lean and effective management process with best support to field operation and conformance to company policy
- Conduct regular checks and training to ensure 100% compliance to QA procedures.
- Set & monitor process metrics and take immediate action on any gaps.
Financial & Business Management.
“Continuous Efficiency and profitable growth”.
- Control company CAPEX budget by consideration of but not limited to new purchasing, maintenance expense and operation cost
- Develop fair and transparent financial charge scheme
- Control Site usage efficiency by tightening in/out movement
- Report to management from time to time cost benefit analysis

Education
College/University Degree in Business or Engineering

Professional experience
- Min. 5 years' relevant experience and solid knowledge & experience in site environment. Working in E&E industry is advantages
- Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience
- Knowledge of Schindler products will be advantages
Languages
Effective verbal and written communication in English
