As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all guest-related activities during the night shift, ensuring a seamless and secure environment for both guests and staff.
Safety & Security: Upholding rigorous safety and security standards to protect guests and the property.
Night Audit Management: Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit process.
Pressure Management: Demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure while exercising sound judgement.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy in all tasks and decision-making processes.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Has experiences worked at a 5-star international resort.
Excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and PMS (Opera & Micros preferred).
Strong English and Vietnamese.
Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment communication skills.
Professional appearance and grooming.
