- Participate in developing enterprise products and digital transformation, especially for HR business as Human Resource system with profile, timesheet, payroll, benefit and reporting systems.
- Responsible for leading the construction, support, or maintenance of a specific system/module.
- Be involved in every phase of the software development process, including planning, estimating, and development.
- Collaborate with customers to clarify requirements, provide solutions, and develop deliverable software in iterations.
- Self-assign tasks and be fully responsible for the quality and quantity of the delivered results.
- Responsible and providing solutions for Integration with other systems using remote data like REST and JSON.
- Ensure the stability and security of the system.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with the Python Programming Language.
- Experience with Odoo Framework is highly preferred.
- Experience with developing APIs/integrating systems.
- Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
- BSC degree in software engineering/Computer science.
- Knowledge of the human resources systems is a big plus.
- Strong commitment, integrity, proactivity, positive thinking, and a good team player.
- Detail-oriented, strong self-learning skills.
- Experience with AJAX, XML, CSS/ HTML and JavaScript.
