The Change Management Manager plays a key role in driving the success of operational service projects by focusing on the people side of change, process change. This includes guiding transitions in processes, systems, and structures to ensure smooth adoption and minimal resistance. The role develops and executes change strategies that enhance employee engagement, reduce risk, and improve productivity. Acting as a change champion, the manager promotes best practices across business-as-usual operations, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives within Prudential Vietnam’s Operations team.
