What you will do
- Understand Zalo’s business solutions (Official Account, Mini App, Mini Shop), including onboarding, workflows, and use cases;
- Monitor and review merchants and shops on Zalo Mini App/Mini Shop for compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards;
- Verify and support new/existing accounts, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with internal/external requirements;
- Track key metrics and generate reports for business analysis;
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve effectiveness;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless partner/user experience;
- Maintain accurate records of documents and official communications;
- Assist in growth activities, including meetings, proposals, and events.
What you will need
- Consulting/ customer service experience will be prefered;
- Effective communication, integrity, logical & systematic mindset;
- Hard working and eager to learn;
- Sociable and patient in work;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
- Accept Freshers with high willing.
