What you will do
- Handle the labeling work of Data Labeling Team for Kiki and other;
- Manage a group of Data Labeling collaborators including arranging, optimizing work efficiency and ensuring work quality;
- Report the effectiveness of labeling work for Leaders periodically;
- Work with labeling partners to meet product data needs;
- Build, improve guidelines and process for tasks.
What you will need
- Careful and meticulous;
- Experience in managing a small team;
- Good communication and connection to manage collaborators;
- Experience of data labeling is a plus, preferably those who have worked on data for AI projects.
