Job Description
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decision making.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze data issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions with Data PMs.
- Collaborate with Ops teams (e.g., System, CS/CX, Payment) to improve processes through automation and enhance productivity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop analysis and provide data - driven recommendations.
- Monitor and identify issues related to operating/ system errors based on data, alerting related stakeholders to take immediate action in case there are any issues that may affect our user experience.
- Support data analysis for new features and ongoing updates.

Other ad-hoc tasks as Management team requirement.
- Minimum 2-year experience in data analysis or a similar one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- A fast learner, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, integrity & responsibility.
- Fintech/Credit/ Banking /E-commerce companies is a plus.
- Have Python/R is a big advance.
- Strong verbal and written English skills for regional stakeholder coordination are a plus.
