JOB PURPOSE

This position’s purpose is to manage and lead the overall orders flow between our company and customers and logistic operation related to import/export shipment This position is critical as it manages the order flow of the company as well as the customer satisfaction, so it will report directly to CCO

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 
  Create volume reports/ KPI reports
• Receive PO from customer, check price, payment term, contract of the PO
• Check with the production planner about the best delivery date of this PO
• Update ERP according to latest delivery plan/shipment plan
• If any delay impacts delivery, escalate the issue & collaborate with other departments to solve the issue and ensure shipment on schedule.
• Align with customers on the delivery date of each PO
• Arrange shipment documents to customers
• Manage communication with customers on any planning/po related topic
• Collaborate with QC team to solve quality issues (if any)
• Manage custom declaration and shipment
• Manage strategy to reduce shipping costs with forwarded
• Send & receive oversea/ domestic samples
• Other tasks assigned by seniors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Manage the relationship between Cleandye and customers for all the production orders and delivery
• Responsible for ensuring that every production order delivery date is updated in the system, is realistic and is executed correctly by the production team
• Ensure the company has the right visibility in terms of volume allocation, and delivery plan
• Ensure we are compliant with custom requirements
• Ensure we work with the right forwarder in terms of price/payment terms and quality of service
• This position is a key function to help Cleandye to :

+ Deliver the final product on time to customer

+ Ensure customers satisfaction and good planning performance to ensure stable financial in/out as well as business growth

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

Education / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor/Master graduate in accounting/ textile / logistic/planning/ business administration/ foreign trade.
• English language is a must.

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in merchandise/ supply/order management/ purchasing/logistics
