To enhance organizational performance through the optimization of systems, structures, processes, and people toward sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve the organizational structure, defining functional roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement performance assessment and improvement programs to enhance work efficiency and labor productivity.
- Build and refine job title frameworks, organizational levels, and competency standards.
- Develop and implement competency assessment systems.
- Participate in the management and evaluation of KPIs across departments and business units.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational development roles within large-scale corporations of similar sizes
- Strong interpersonal sensitivity and understanding of people.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking and systems thinking.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (all skills).
