(Mức lương: 8 - 13 triệu VNĐ)The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for new manufacturing partner evaluation and vetting, support and assistance through the onboarding process and job board experience, and setting partners up for a productive relationship with our company. They will leverage interpersonal skills, diligent task management, and various technologies to set partners up for success and contribute to the health of the Partner Network.
What You Will Do:
- Run virtual shop evaluations to ensure all prospective partners meet the qualifications and criteria to become a successful partner.
- Ensure all incoming partner requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner, utilizing Salesforce and Gmail.
- Ensure shop evaluation results are accurately and promptly recorded in the appropriate trackers and Salesforce.
- Utilize Google Sheets, Looker and the Onboarding Staff App for accurate tracking, data analysis and data reporting.
- Comfortable with occasional high volume email and call campaigns as needed.
- As a “first face” for new partners, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere / promote excitement to being working with Our company.
- Verify partner addresses in google maps / street view to confirm shop location.
- Make note of impressive and unique partners, recommending them to appropriate Sourcing teams.
- Develop and conduct partner trainings.
- Evaluate effectiveness of trainings and onboarding processes to increase partner success rates and satisfaction.
- Research and recruit potential partners to meet business need.

- Shift 1: 19:00 - 04:00 (Work from home)
- Shift 2: 07:00 - 16:00 (Work at 22 Thanh Cong, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi)
1 hour break, with 2 Saturdays off and all Sundays off per month.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or service management position preferred, with history of producing results through strong relationships

- Long-term commitment, willing to work overtime on holidays and Tet (overtime pay available).
