The Partnership Development Specialist plays a key role in driving external collaboration and sponsorship for game products. This role focuses on identifying and securing brand partnerships to fuel marketing campaigns and community initiatives. The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting brands with creative gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
1. Identify and approach potential sponsors or brand partners that align with the target audience of the game(s).
2. Develop and pitch co-branding proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership decks tailored to each opportunity.
3. Negotiate terms, benefits, and deliverables to close mutually beneficial agreements.
Partnership Management
1. Maintain and grow relationships with current partners, ensuring timely communication and value delivery.
2. Oversea internal communication with marketing, creative, and product teams to fulfill partnership obligations.
3. Monitor campaign execution to ensure partner visibility is delivered as promised.
Reporting & Evaluation
1. Track partnership performance and report on visibility, engagement delivered to partners.
2. Maintain a database of potential and active partners for long-term relationship building.
3. Evaluate partnership outcomes and provide strategic recommendations for future deals.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales – ideally in the entertainment, gaming, app company or media industries.
2. Experience working with brand sponsors, agencies, or third-party vendors.
3. Outgoing, persuasive, and relationship-driven.
4. Results-oriented with a sales mindset and attention to partner satisfaction.
5. Existing network of lifestyle, FMCG, tech, or youth-targeted brands is a strong plus.
5. Understanding of gaming culture, player communities, and in-game brand placements.
