We are currently looking for a Payroll Assistant. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:
Job description:
- Carry out the procedures of social insurance with the authorities.
- Assist Clients in the preparation of labour contract.
- Prepare and obtain tax codes, register the dependent persons of the employee to the local tax authority.
- Monthly payroll calculation and other payroll-related tasks.
- PIT calculation, PIT monthly report, PIT yearly finalization for local staff & expatriates.
- Working directly with Tax authority on behalf of the Client.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients
Job Requirement:
- University graduates.
- Delivers the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable.
- High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive.
- Understanding of labor and personal income tax in Vietnam.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
- 1 years’ experience in HR & payroll jobs.
- Computer literacy and good command of English.
- Proficient oral and writing skills (Vietnamese & English).
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
