This role supports the Digital Performance team in implementing and executing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for ensuring campaign excellence, maintaining platform knowledge, and delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute performance marketing campaigns in line with client strategies and KPIs
- Liaise with media vendors and third-party platforms to stay up to date with new features and best practices
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot live campaigns to ensure performance goals are met
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients
- Generate campaign reports and ensure accuracy in trafficking, QA, and pacing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media execution (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of self-serve platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
- Experience in running and optimizing performance campaigns is a plus
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Highly organized with a good sense of ownership and time management
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
