Job Description

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter,

etc.).

• Work on offshore development projects for Japanese clients.

• Communicate with Japanese clients to gather and clarify requirements.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development teams.

• Write technical documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with PHP, Linux, and Nginx.

• JP N2+: Communication smooth with the Customer

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing WordPress plugins and themes.

• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture and internal workflows.

• Familiarity with performance optimization and basic SEO best practices.

• Solid understanding of WordPress security practices.

• Experience with source code management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on high-traffic WordPress sites.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for WordPress development.
