Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Time: Standard working hours (Monday to Friday); flexibility may be required based on deal timelines

Compensation: Competitive, 13th month, plus annual bonus (depending on performance)

Role Purpose
This role supports the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from sourcing to exit. The Associate will play a vital part in analyzing, evaluating, and executing private equity deals across both private and public markets. The position is critical to maintaining the firm’s investment discipline and ensuring value creation across portfolio companies.
Main Objectives
Conduct due diligence and financial modeling for at least 3 investment opportunities per quarter
Support portfolio monitoring and reporting activities monthly
Contribute to the preparation of 100% of investment committee materials for live deals
Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Valuation: Conduct financial analysis and build valuation models (DCF, comparables, etc.) to assess investment opportunities
Investment Documentation: Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
Due Diligence Support: Support due diligence processes, including market research, operational analysis, and legal/financial coordination
Deal Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential investment targets through market mapping and screening
Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, contributing to strategic reviews and planning
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external partners, including advisors, auditors, and corporate stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline (required)
CFA candidacy or an MBA is a plus
Professional Experience
5-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or similar roles
Exposure to the full deal cycle, from evaluation to execution, is highly desirable
Experience in preparing investment documentation and engaging in cross-functional teams
Technical Skills
Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Familiarity with private equity processes and deal structures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese
