About this Position
The process engineer role focuses on optimizing production processes by identifying inefficiencies, resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements. It involves data analysis, leading root cause investigations, supporting automation and equipment upgrades, and facilitating new product scale-up from lab to plant, all within a continuous improvement framework.What you´ll do
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase yield, reduce waste, or enhance productivity.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to equipment, raw materials, or process deviations.
- Support process improvement projects including automation upgrades, equipment installation, or process redesign.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use statistical tools and software to monitor KPIs processes, trends, and deviations.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Scale-Up & New Product Introduction (NPI): Support the transition of new products from lab to plant scale.
