Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.
HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description
As a Process Engineer in the Toolshop, optimize Fine Blanking processes while leading digitalization initiatives. Develop smart tooling solutions, implement data-driven tools, upskill the team to align with Industry 4.0 strategy and drive a digital culture mindset across the team to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and standardize Fine Blanking and Toolshop processes.
- Lead digital initiatives: dashboards, traceability, data analytic related projects.
- Able to develop basic tools for process use dependently.
- Drive projects on process automation, data integration, connectivity and Bosch cascaded projects.
- Coach and upskill team members on digital tools and data use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ad-hoc matters related to digitalization, data consolidations, data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or data, digital related field.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, or Project Management is a plus
- Experience in Industry 4.0 / Digital Manufacturing projects / Data analytic related projects
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel VBA, Query, basic to advanced Python
- Basic knowledge of Toolshop / Fine Blanking or process engineering
- Self-learning, self-motivated and fast learner, able to pick up new digital tools and concepts quickly
- Good analytical thinking and communication skills
- Shows leadership through influence, with a servant leadership mindset focused on enabling others and driving collective success
