What You will Do:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, or finished goods
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, ops, finance, logistics) to understand sourcing needs
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality, service, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation (POs, invoices, contracts, etc.)
- Track procurement performance (cost savings, lead time, delivery accuracy, etc.)
- Support cost optimization and supply chain resilience initiatives
- Handle regional procurement activities in alignment with global standards and sourcing strategy
Preferred Background:
- 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement (preferably in e-commerce)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement software/tools and documentation processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and cost awareness
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken
- Knowledge of logistics, import/export, or trade compliance
- Proactive and resourceful - you don’t wait for perfect info to take action
- Obsessed with timelines, cost efficiency, and process optimization
- A team player who collaborates with clarity and ownership
