Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the business performance and marketing activities for the Accommodation product. Drive growth, ROI, and lifetime value through data-driven optimization and experimentation. Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and vendor teams.
1. Marketing & Business Performance
Own marketing performance for specific products or campaigns
Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities
Use insights to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies
Track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
2. Customer Insights & Targeting
Study user behavior and segment customers to drive conversion
Manage personalized communications (push, email, in-app, etc.)
Optimize customer journey based on data findings
3. Team Collaboration & Communication
Translate data into clear actions and business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, CRM)
Support junior team members in understanding and using data
4. Other Projects
Contribute to ad-hoc tasks or initiatives as assigned by leadership
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, growth marketing, or customer analytics, with a strong track record of data-driven decision making
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency with data tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing and performance monitoring
Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
High level of ownership, reliability, and results-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
